Payments

Rent payments are due on or before the first day of each month (postmarked no later than the first day of each month). Payment shall be made payable to Homeowners Property Management in the form of personal check, cashier’s check or money order in US Currency. If payment is not received by the third day of the month, we will send a late notice to resident. All checks shall be mailed to:
